 Bro Thebe testifies:

Good morning church, i honor the grace and anointing upon this house. I greet our parents in their absence, evangelists, leaders of the church and the entire congregation.
Last year i graduated with BA in Economics and Accounting that was in October and i immediately started looking for a job. I got an internship with the government at the Parliament. I kept consulting Prophet Julius as i was not content with the pay i was getting. He kept encouraging me to keep applying for jobs.

In June or thereabout i applied for a graduate programme at FNB and forgot about the application but they called me in September to say that i had qualified for the second phase of the recruitment process and i had to write an essay as part of the recruitment process. During one of the sunday services as Ev. Obakeng was ministering to the congregation, he told me that what i was waiting for was very near and that I would get it. I did not tell him that indeed i had applied for a job and i was in the process of the recruitment. When he said this i pretended not to hear him but he came back and repeated the same words.

A few days later they called me and told me that i was to undertake a psychometric test. I took the day off work as i did not want to be distracted. I stayed home to do the test but 45 minutes into the test of 2 hours power went off. People of God i prayed all the prayers i know how to.. with all the tongues i know but power did not come back.
I went to the nearest cyber cafe in Tlokweng but they were closed as they were servicing their machines. I pleaded with them to open for me they refused.
I called my dad and asked him if there was anyone at his place(we dont live together) and he told me that my sister was home as schools were closed. I went to my dad’s place and by God’s grace the test had saved itself and i was able to continue though i did not finish the test. I wrote an email to FNB facilitators in South Africa and i explained that i did not manage to finish due to power interruption. The lady on the phone was very understanding and told me not to worry.

I got the results of the test the following week and they asked me to attend another interview. The panel comprised of only women and among them the Risk Officer at the bank. I did the interview in the morning and in the afternoon i went to work. I knocked off at 4:30 and by 5pm i was at home. I received a call from the Human Resource manager who asked if i had read an email sent by the bank. I hadn’t seen the email and i told her so. She told me that i had not qualified for the position but they had something better for me. She told me that someone would call me the following day about the post.

Two days later i called the HR manager as nobody had called me as she had said. She assured me someone would call me. The Risk Officer called me and asked me to have lunch with her and discuss a post they were considering to give me.
I prepared myself for another interview but by God’s grace it was just a friendly meeting.
They told me that they were giving me a better post as they were impressed with my performance. They were giving the post of Assistant Risk manager which had been left vacant since Dec 2018. All to the glory of God. They gave me a contract and i started work on the 2nd of October. I thank God for prophet Julius who has continously encouraged me and evangelist Obakeng for being a vessel God is using.

Word of Encouragement: Proverbs 19:21 says that many are the plans of man but the purpose of the Lord will stand.
(Prophet’s word, am waiting for another mega testimony, God is not through with you. You have been anointed for glad tidings.)
