SISTER LORATO TESTIFIES OF PROMOTION
In 2018 Prophet came to where i was seated I was in a branded tshirt for a certain company and he asked me whether that is where i was working and i affirmed. I told him I was working under very hard conditions as a human resource trainee yet I was being under paid.
He told me I should not worry as they would increase it. After 3 months they would increase. The conditions did not however improve and i kept coming to prophet and I told him I wanted to quit. He told me to be patient as he saw something good coming in 2020. By that time my work was depressing me. By that time i was a human resource manager, not a trainee any more.
At the beginning of this year I got a call from Travel Lodge for an interview and they gave me a post of a HR Manager… the position is less stressful and the pay is better than where I am coming from.
